    Hi.....

     

    Thank you for PM'ing me.  You can obviously send this to the entire community as a whole for a more timely response.

     

    That being said, the AP-65 (like many of the older APs) do not have a serial port on them, so you'll need to have a serial over PoE (SPOE) adapater to do so.   This adapter allows the AP to boot but at the same time connect serially to the AP.

    If you do not have one of these, there is an Aruba part number for this device (SPOE 3).   Looks like this:

    Once consoled into the AP-65, you can reset it like any other AP by issuing the following commands:

    Stop the apboot process by pressing "enter" when asked.

     

    Issuing the following commands in succession (enter after each)

    • purge
    • save
    • reset
