How do you reset RAP 155 or a 205 to factory defaults? I'd like to convert either of these to IAP but can't seem to reset them. Tried keeping the reset button pressed for 5-10-15-30 seconds after booting it, but no luck. Not getting any IP addresses from the ports or seeing any new WLANs

    Thanks!

The reset button needs to be pressed while applying power to the AP.

The RAP-155 can be reset to Instant. The 205 will depend on what model it is. If it has a reset button, it should be revert back to Instant mode as well.

If you are able to connect to the console port of the AP as you're attempting to reset, you should see messages indicating what's going on.

All versions of the 205 will list as APINH205. The Instant version will have a sticker on the back that lists IAP-205-US (or some other country code), where the standard CAP version will have a sticker simply listing AP-205.
