    Hi community,

I added two SNMP trap receivers on my MCs some days ago, and from then on I see these logs on my MCs:

    traprec_log.PNG

It says "engine ID not discovered" for the SNMP trap receivers I added, but I added them in mode "Inform". In this mode I don't have to configure SNMP engine ID like in mode "Trap":

What can be wrong? Any ideas?

    Regards,

    Julián

Are both of the severs reachable and receiving requests? You can check if they are delayed in the queue or if the queue is empty (show snmp trap-queue).

    Hi Craig,

Yes, the servers are reachable. It seems the queue has things to be sent, look up the output:

What can be the problem? Do the destination servers need to be configured in some way?
