Serial number to model number conversion

    Hi guys,

     

    A bit of a weird query, a customer wants some support on Aruba controllers, so we are going to offer them ArubaCare, but they only have the serial numbers of the controllers, not the model numbers.  Is there a search function where I can find out the model number of the controller from the serial number please?
