Sonos/Central Connectivity Issue.

    Hi Guys,

    We are having issues with sonos and playing music via spotify

    All the AP's are connected to central where ACL dictates connectivity.

    We have 3 sites in central and each site was copied across from the first site where Sonos is working.

    • All VC's are running 8.3 version.
    • Firewall rule has been added to allow the new subnet to flow through similar to other sites
    • TAC and myself have confimred all settings have been copied across.
    • the only time sonos and spotify works is when we create a new SSID and no ACL are in place.
    • when i run "show airgroup blocked-queries" in VC for all sites what i find is "_spotify-connect.tcp" is shown under dropped query for the site where sonos is not playing music via spotify.
    • we have added all the necessary URN as well.

    Has anyone else faced this issue if so what was done to recitfy it.

    is _spotify-connect.tcp actually something i should be focussing on in terms of troubleshooting?
