Sony Experia ST27 Android can't connect to any Aruba SSID

    Hi,

    I'm seeing quite interesting problem with Sony Experia ST27 Android smartphone...it is unable to associate to any Aruba controller Wifi.

    It doesn't matter if WPA2-PSK or open network, I always get "Reason Inactive Timer expired and STA was disassociated" in controller logs.

     

    Phone works fine with non-Aruba consumer wifi.

    Controller version 6.1.3.3, configuration is mostly default (no special tuning)

     

    Is anyone seeing this too?

    What version of Android is the phone running?

    Our clients with Android 2.3.7 have exact problem as well. What is the casue and solution. Thank you.

    We too are seeing this issue on Sony Experia ST25i with android version 2.3.7, any ideas how to fix this? We are running the lastest Aruba OS 6.1.3.7.

    Please open a support case to troubleshoot your individual issue.  There is quite a bit of information that needs to be collected about your individual setup to determine the problem.
