Spectrum Monitor Not Connecting

I've recently added RFProtect and converted some of the AP's to hybrid mode. I was able to connect to the AP's through the Analyzer initially however this morning when I open the analyzer all I'm getting is a message saying 'Connecting to Spectrum Monitors...'  Any idea why this might be happening. Is there a way to clear the Spectum Monitor list and start over?
