Suggestions for locating non wifi interference

Since enabling the hybrid mode for spectrum analysis on my AP-105's I have discovered a lot of non-wifi interference devices: cordless phone, cordless base, video fixed frequency, microwave ovens, xbox controllers, and bluetooth.

Can anyone recommend tools to track down the sources of interference?  (excluding microwaves which are easy to see )

Something with a directional antenna maybe?

If you have Airwave, we will tri-laterate the position.  However, you can use the tool from Metageek (WiSpy).  That's a good one.
