My client looking for time separation solution.
He needs to give access to guest network on one hour for different users.
He don't want to generate separate users by guest-provisioning.
If he generates normal user with expiration time 60 minutes, user dissapears after 60 minutes, next user can't enter.
He don't want external RADIUS.
Is there any solution ?

If you have four separate users and they all login at different times, you will need 4 different users created with the expiry on the controller, just like you are doing. I do not think there is a way around this. The controller-based guest access cannot create a user where the access countdown begins when the user logs in.
Only ClearPass Guest Access (Amigopod) provides the flexibility that you require, with a single user.
