Timeout trying to download updates

I've been trying to download the latest software for the IAP-315, but I get a 504 timeout error every time.  Doesn't seem to be any way to contact anyone about this.  So while I do some digging from my end, does anyone know if asp.arubanetworks.com is having problems?

    Thanks!
    Ken

I have tried with both Chrome and Edge.

    I log into asp.arubanetworks.com

Choose Product Family - Aruba Instant Access Points

Choose Product Series - Aruba 310 Series Instant Access Points

    Choose Software Major Versions 8.5

    Click on ArubaInstant_Hercules_8.5.0.2_71711

    Click the download button

Spins forever and eventually times out with a 504 error - see attached.

I have a support case open.  Tech responded that they fixed the issue.  But it still does not work for me.  I tried Incognito mode, but that made no difference.  I have tried both Chrome and Edge.  I get the spinning  icon for a minute or two and then it times out.  I've also tried different computers.  Nothing works.  Really just odd.

Thanks for replying.  Please have them re-open the case, so that they can fix it.  If it doesn't work for you, it's not fixed...

They haven't closed it yet.  They asked me to test and respond.  I did that this morning.  Hopefully they have someone take a closer look at it.

Thought I would provide follow-up to this.  I received another email from support this morning stating that they thought it was fixed this time.  Tried downloading and it is working now.  I have no idea what the problem was, but they resolved it.

It works for me now, but I could not directly follow your instructions.
    Type: Software
    Product: Aruba Access Points
Product Series: Aruba 630 Series Campus Access Points
    major Version: 8.9
    Minor Version: 8.9.0.3

On my screen, the first link, ArubaInstant_Norma_8.9.0.3_83448 works fine

As an aside for any Aruba support people here, using the term "Campus Access Points" isincorrect. They are Universal Access points that can be configured as Campus, Remote, or Instant depending on the choice of the end user.

Aruba has not manufactured Campus Access points in many years. They are euther Universal Access Points or Instant On Access Points.
