Transfer of certificate is for RMA purpose only

    When I get to the Transfer site it is telling me "Note Transfer of certificate is for RMA purpose only". 

     

    I need to transfer the licenses from the old controller that is being decomissioned to the new one.  But according to the message displayed on the web page apparently that is not allowed?

    That might just be a notice warning, go awhead and try it anyway

    Ended up calling TAC and they get it done for us.  But they did mention that it is usually only allowed for RMA purposes.  But I guess since we were decomissioning the old controller we were able to do it.
