How is the SSID configured? What security is being used?

I'm not sure how well Windows 10 continues to support WEP since it was deprecated almost 11 years ago. Note that running WEP (or WPA-TKIP) on the IAP-205 will also limit the max speed from 867Mbps to only 54Mbps.

If possible, I suggest upgrading the SSID to support WPA2 rather than WEP for support and performance reasons.
