Unknown client showing on Airwave graph after upgrade

    Hello !

     

    we just upgraded Airwave to 8.2.8.2 and now has you see on the picture.

    traffic is showing as Unknown instead of being under the SSID.

     

    We upgraded the Virtual controller aswell (8.4.0.2) !

     

    the graph show that it started after the VC upgrade around 19h/20h

     

    does anyone have any clue of what's happening ?

    You may want to consider upgrading to a later AirWave release when available prior to speaking to TAC. AirWave 8.2.8.2 only supports up to Instant 8.4.0.1. So this maybe resolved when Instant 8.4.0.2 is supported.
