User name in UCC dashboard

    I am seeing IP address in UCC dashboard, is there any workaround so that I can get user name in Dashboard instead of IP address

    Are you using 802.1X or MAC-auth with ClearPass?

    I am not using clearpass.

    A simple setup of 802.1x with Controller.
