    Hi All,

I've got a 650 controller on 6.1.3.7 and I'd like to monitor Lync calls using the Real-Time Quality Analysis features on the controller. I've the recommended Lync QoS settings from the following documentation: http://www.arubanetworks.com/pdf/solutions/SG_DeployMicrosoftLync.pdf

My issue is that I'm not seeing anything appearing in the Real-Time Quality Analysis view. I can see there are active calls by looking at the other Monitoring > Voice views.

Can anyone shed some light on this please as having this available by ticking a box is preferable to installing the Lync Monitoring Role! :smileywink:

    Cheers

    James

I've seen this in new pre-released versions of ArubaOS so it's on the way.
