Has anyone had any experience with configuring Aruba to work effectively with smartphone sipp apps?

Our school division has stopped funding phones for our techs so we are looking for an option to use the Aruba Wireless with a decent sipp app on our personal phones.

    Our phone system is Shoretel.

    Thanks,

There are a few things that count in this scenario:

    - The quality of the sip app on the device

    - The roaming characteristics of the device that you are running on.  This might require much more density than a coverage-only model depending on the specific device you are using....

I don't want to spoil your testing, but think about why voice apps on smartphones have not made wifi phones obsolete in mission-critical environments like hospitals...
