    Is there a way to put the option flags within the MSI itself, such as using the editor ORCA? Then we can deploy this via a GPO, rather than having to script it with a batch file, etc.?

    We were able to customize this by editing the MSI with ORCA and placing the "switch" variables under the Property Section.

    A screenshot is attached that shows the settings used when editing the MSI in Orca. Ignore the DirectoryTable section.
