Visual RF Tool Plan - Image is not loading when uploading floor plans

    Hi,

     

    Currently, I have installed Visual RF Tool which I am experiencing the image is not downloading (when I try to upload the floor plans).

     

    I have enclosed the screen-shots for your perusal.

     

    Please kindly advise.

     

    I am running on WIndows 7.

    This is best handled in a support case.  I suspect that there was a crash in the VisualRF log that can shed some additional details.

    Was the current VRF Plan version the first ever installed?  If so, it may be a good idea to try this:

    1) uninstall

    2) install the older version I uploaded to the support site

    3) upgrade to the newer version

    4) then try upload again

     

    DE17459 was recently filed for a different issue involving import/export issues had this as a suggested workaround.  I'd be curious to see if it's true but can't reproduce since my laptop has gone through several versions of VRF Plan.
