Visual RF plan import

    Hi, have installed visualrf plan on a server and am attempting to migrate plans off old S1 controller. Have sucessfully imported the campus/buildings but no maps, any help appreciated.

    What version of ArubaOS?
    What version of Airwave?
    Can you export the plans to a laptop version of VisualRF?

    Colin, old controller was 6.x.x cant recall exact version, visualrf plan is

    VisualRF Plan
    Version: 7.7.rc1 (build: 454)
    Build Date: 2015-01-15 10:48 PST
    Java Runtime Version: 1.6.0_22

     

    not tried on laptop, is it worth a try ??

    Stunshot, since you do not know the version of the export, you should try it on the laptop, yes.  I am not sure there is an alternative.

    Worth trying with a different RFplan version do you think ?

    I did not see that you already tried it on a laptop. You should probably open a case with TAC just on case the export is corrupted.
