    I'm working on developing the VisualRF map for all of housing at a university and I would like to upload the map of all of our buildings to make it easier for other technicians. However when uploading the png, it says my session has expired. I have tried this on multiple computers and browsers and have had no luck. Any help?

    Correct me if I am wrong that you aretrying to upload the pictures at the building level so that you you have a map on your building level? If it  is, it might be related to a bug => ID DE17226

    By building level, do you mean a floor of a building? If so, then no that's not the problem. I can do that just fine. My issue is uploading a campus map (all of the buildings on the map). Instead a plain tan background I photoshopped a google maps view of the residential buildings on campus to make them easier to identify.

    That is what I meant earlier and it's at the building level and not at the floor level. It's a bug and that's the defect number that we got from reporting to Aruba Support.

    I think the new Airwave 8 doesn't have this bug but it has other problem with it the HTML5 heatmaps but you still revert it back to the Flash version. 

     

    I think the official thing to do is to report it to Airwave Support and they will probably advice you on the next step.

    I've only seen issues with planned devices for Airwave 8 on here. Are there issues with live devices?

    As far as I know, I've not noticed any differences between the Flash version VisualRF in Airwave 7 and Airwave 8 except for some of the bugs that we seen in like the ones that we saw like you experience trying to upload the floor maps on the building level like the outdoor map of  the campus before creating the buildings and then getting logged out . Other visualRF function seems to be working as before.

    This should have been addressed in AirWave 8.0.0 by DE16074.
