For the past month or so we have been receiving a report here and there from users on Wireless Phones stating that they are havin connectivity issues.  The location of the user has not had prior reports and coverage is excellent.

When ever the user is in the location havin the issue, we have noticed the below error log for the offending AP. As long as the user comes into range of this AP, he/she will have major issues with the phone.  The AP will affect only one SSID, and of course when it affects the phone SSID is when we get the call.  As soon as the AP is rebooted, the issue goes away and there are no more such error logs from it.

The error is only appearing on one controller.  We have no idea what's causing this and TAC does not either.  We are currently on code 6.1.3.1.  Hopefully someone else has seen or dealt with this issue.  Any info would be greatly appreciated.  We are using Cisco phones.

If it is only happening in that location and in that particular AP, you should probably check for Layer1 issues on that AP or switch in case some of those packets are not making there.

ArubaOS 6.1.3.2 has over 550 bug fixes over ArubaOS 6.1.3.1.  I would ask you to upgrade to 6.1.3.9 if you could, but if you can just upgrade to 6.1.3.2, you will sidestep a great deal of issues.

We were scheduled to upgrade to 6.1.3.7, but new bugs were found there.  We then were going to upgrade to 6.1.3.9, but another bug was found on that one.  So now we are waiting for 6.1.3.10.

Any update on when 6.1.3.10 be released?  We are a 24/7 shop and we cannot just upgrade the controllers as we wish. It's a long planned process.
