I have been reading a bit the documentation of lync and aruba...

And as far i see you basically put some access list in which you classify lync ports as media... also you also turn on the aruba appl aware

Now i just did a fast reading...

But i want to know is how aruba does it? does the AP somehow give a client in a call more Air time? giving hem more tokens to transmit? or something like that?

I would like to know because i would like to explain the clients a basic view of how does aruba does it? it does not need to be a complicated explianation just like an overview maybe?

I read the documentation but it tells you what you can configure or apply to reach this but it wont tell you how aruba APs and controller does it over the air to prioritize voice traiffc over the other traffic?
