We have some clients at a location that will intermittently get dropped from the wireless network and at the same time the SSID that they were associated to will not be visable on their wireless settings.  In the controller I am seeing the Radio Quality bounce from good to poor for this particular AP.  It is a 225 and we are running  6.4.2.12.  Any thoughts as to what may be causing the Radio Quality to bounce?

Interference?  What is the Channel Utilization on that AP?  Also, what is the band is this occurring on?

    Hi Colin,

Thanks for your reply.  It seems to be happening on both 2.4 and 5ghz.  At the time of the "poor" quality I was seeing the channel utilization above 55%.

You can try to focus on one user check the SNR rating, this could be  interference.
