    Hello everyone,,,

I tried to get it up and working but am having issues with connecting to the URL Cloud Lookup server..  Has anyone had success with this, do I need to allow something specifically to make this work?

    #show web-cc status

    Web Content Classification Status
    ---------------------------------
    Service Status
    ------- ------
Web Content Classification enabled : Yes
    DNS/Name Server configured : Yes
URL Cloud lookup server reachable : No

Do you have a PEF license installed? Have you created an ACL to match the sites you wish to enforce upon?

You need to make sure you enable WebCC and/or DPI. You also need to make sure a DNS server is define on your controller or MM. You also need the WebCC subscription license. For DPI, you do not need the license. And as mentioned, you need the PEF license.

    I hope this helps,
