This morning I tried to access the controller (6000 with M3 card), but I could not open the web interface to it. I am able to ping it and SSH to it. We are running 6.3.1.2 AOS. Is there a service(s) to restart without restarting the whole controller?

    Thanks Tim.

TAC called back and found that for some reason the Enable WebUI access on HTTPS port (443) was set to false. TAC looked and did not see why it changed to false since no configuration change was made.

By default the Web interface is enabled via TCP4343, if you need to change this to HTTPS (TCP443) use the following:

    (Aruba7030) *[mynode] (config) #web-server profile
(Aruba7030) *[mynode] (Web Server Configuration) #
(Aruba7030) *[mynode] (Web Server Configuration) #web-https-port-443

    Might be high cpu usage?

did u enable some extra logging on the controller? (try to disable them)

please send us cpu usage output from cli.

    Hi guys,

Do you have advise how to solve the error 403 for webui access?

    Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

It was a newly restore OS to the 7005 controller.

    Thank you.

    Personally I gave up...

No way to figure it out.

but our w3200 controller works and I can get to it using ssh.

I'll try with a firmware upgrade on a closing day.
