Our company uses 7210. In order to limit web bandwith we require to switch web content on. Then, I have enabled "Web Content Classification" and "Deep Packet Inspection" in static firewall, but my Web content still doen't work. Did I miss any setting?

Is your controller able to do DNS queries ?

Need to add the following :

    ip domain lookup

    ip domain-name <controller_dns_name.your_domain_name>

    ip name-server <DNS Server IP Address>

Note: In order for this to take effect the controller will need to be rebooted

Also need to make sure that the controller is able to talk to : aruba.brightcloud.com using 443 , that is how the controller gets all its Web Content information updates

Do you have PEF license ?
