    Hi Guys!

I added and enabled WebCC licences, enabled firewall visibility, dpi and webcc under Services -> Firewall for MDs, rebooted all of MDs, and WebCC menu didn't appear under Traffic Analyzis:

I know that the number of AP and WebCC licenses do not match, it is an order error, there will be 30 piece of AP in the system.

    OS versions:

    MM: 8.3.0.1

    MDs: 8.3.0.1

    Thanks!

    Hi SkiP,

what do you mean by WebCC menu? Traffic Analysis is already the best place to see, what DPI tracks.

    Hi Florian,

From AOS 8.3.0.x config guide: (page 782)

    Accessing WebCC in Dashboard

Navigate to Dashboard > Traffic Analysis . Click the Web Content tab. The following figure shows the Web Content page:

I search for this Tab under Traffic Analyzis.

    Hi SkiP,

you are correct. It should be there. But i'm not aware of any circumstance where we would make this tab not available. If you do not have the license, you will still have the tab, but with no data.

Have you tried a different browser?

You are running 8.3.0.1, which is quite old, considered we are currently at 8.3.0.6. Would it be possible to upgrade to this version?

What is the output of the commands below, on the MD:

    (wlan-controller) #show web-cc stats

    Web Content Classification Statistics
    -------------------------------------
    Name Counter

    Private IP addresses 14

I experienced a quite lot of problems/bugs under 8.3.x.x versions, so I would like to use CR releases. In this system it is not possible because of 345 type APs. However 8.3.0.1 release notes states more few known bugs like newer 8.3.0.x releases, so I would like to stay in this version.

I checked an other system that runs on AOS8 MMs and MDs, that runs 8.2.2.4 (newest CR release) and haven't got WebCC licences, however there isn't WebCC Tab also.

I tried by 4 different browsers (FF, Chrome, IE, Opera), same experiences.

It Isn't possible to enter these commands on MDs:

    (MobilityMaster) [mynode] #cd
    /
    /md
    /md/company-hq
    /mm
    /mm/mynode

That's weird, as the commands should be there. I tested it several times.

I would suggest opening a support ticket as the behavior, at least from my point of view, is not the normal behavior.
