    Hi,

I have a corporate WLAN that authenticates against an LDAP server. Users trying to connect on iOS devices have no problems. Users trying to connect with Android devices occasionally have issues. Users trying to connect with Windows 10 or Windows Phone aren't able to connect at all.

Windows users get an error message they can't connect to this network. I'm guessing there's an issue with the certifcate, but I'm left clueless..

What RADIUS server are you using?

Is your RADIUS server certificate public, private or self-signed?

    Hi Capelli
It's not a RADIUS server, it's an LDAP server they're using.

Well what type of authentication are they using?  It is captive portal?

Hi, sorry for the delay, was on holiday for 3 weeks..

No, it's not a captive portal. They connect to the network and straight away need to enter their Windows credentials (LDAP) to gain access to the network. This is working fine for all devices, except for Windows Phones and Windows 10 devices.
