Wireless Access

Since 4 year my aruba has never problem except windows XP need to manual uncheck "Validate certificate " manually. All win 7-8 login with no problem.

However, since windows 10 upgrade (from win7 or 8) got some update couple week ago from microsoft. It can't' login to aruba as usual. Yes, previously, it can login without problem.

I try to solve by set manual wireless which except validate certificate and check if they use " computer local username " login . But it won't work. (As attachment)

Update or roll back wireless card network driver won't work too. It show SSID but can't login after use username & password as usual.

Only way to work now is to re-format those computer with clean install windows 10. Then the problem gone.

 

I suppose it has problem with certficate, but I don't know where. Does someone has a method to solve. I ask my vendor to send this to aruba but seem no answer yet.

What RADIUS server are you using?
Are you getting any errors on the radius server?
Did you look at the auth-tracebuf?

I use NPS on windows 2008 R2 as a radius.  It has no error in event log. However on cli command. I amn't familiar so I transfer your suggest to my vendor to check with your cli command. Then I will report the result to u again.

1. What is the AOS version?
2. What version of Windows 10 is it upgraded to? (Example version 1511)
3. Is termination enabled on the controller?

Yes, after I apply Regedit TLS 1.0 .It work properly . Thank for your solution.
