We have some Wired CP users that are connecting to the controller via a trunk vlan.  That vlan is assigned to a specific VAP on the controller.  But instead of being placed on this VAP, the users are being placed in a different VAP that uses another VLAN.

Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Wired users are not placed in a Virtual AP (VAP)... they are instead subject to the AAA profile you specify for that port/VLAN.

Could you please indicate which 'role' the users are being placed into when in the port you specify ?   That role will determine which CP they are presented with.

Found the issue to be that the Wired Portal Profile was set to the role that they were receiving.
