access point's Clients packets are dropped

    Hi ,
    I have configured aruba 215 access points and all the clients are getting packet drops when they are ping to google.com from their ipads .
    we have 30 access points in the site and all are connected in a single VC
    minimum 10 packets are dropped while they are pining to google.com .
    please guide me to fix this issue . particularly the user whose are coonected with the SSID Mobile-WLAN only having this issues.

    In the advanced portion of the SSID, make sure "broadcast filtering" is set to ARP.

    what will happen if i enabled it and would i need to reboot the virtual controller after doing this?

    Performance should improve, especially in areas of high density of clients.  It does not require a reboot.
