not a huge issue but after upgrading to 8.2.2.1 you can see from the attached image that user counts are not working as expected. ever 30 minutes 400 - 500 devices apear to drop off. (clients dont actually disconnect) anyone seen this or just me? the same is true for the usuage graph. seems to have gone wonky.

Do you have a number of devices like APs or controllers that say they were down or offline during this period?
Do you have enable AMON over SNMP enabled?

no APs go down during this time. airwave is monitoring 14 IAP clusters. from within groups you can see the client count drop off in the clusters but clients arent affected. AMON is on and prefered over snmp

Please turn off AMON preferred becaise instant APs do not use AMON.

Also, are these clusters on your local LAN or are they over the internet?

You should open a TAC case to determine if there is a problem with your local lan, or the current version of Airwave.  It is hard to determine what could be wrong here...
