airwave Configuration error

    I have lot of my access points that say configuration error . I have tried to import settings but it still says error. 

     

    When I click on one of the error's it says I'm not sure why it's trying to SSH into an access point. 

    Configuration: Error

    (Telnet/SSH Error: (pattern match timed-out) in password failure: Permission denied, please try again. )

    Hi Kelly,

     

    Are you seeing this configuration status error messages on thin APs or IAPs?

     

    If it is controller based APs then make sure controller's telnet/ssh username/password details in controllers's APs/Devices>Manage page in Airwave entered correct.

    It's all controller based I will verify the password although it's only 51 Access points out of 950 we have.
