Just an FYI, this bug ID only reports issues with 7200 controller and AP61s. However, we just hit it with M3s and AP65s. If you upgrade your M3 to 6.2.0.3 and have RX Sensitivity Tuning Based Channel Reuse "enabled", AP65 and 61s won't come up (stuck on a reboot loop with a Dirty Flag). Disabling this feature for the Radio Profile for the particular group is the work around. Or, looks like 6.2.1 has the fix already.
