c-block-acks = rogue macs?

My airmonitors are picking up occasional rogue macs, but when it occurs it's in combination with c_block_ack messages. Is there any known quirks with the 3400 WLC that would explain this behavior, or should I really start worrying about rogues on the network?

What is the EXACT message that is being seen?

It's a standard fare control block_ack message. It just so happens to include a destination MAC that's not in my whitelist.
