    I have seen some UCC data on my airwave box from cisco soft phones but I want to see if I can get the UCC data for this handset.  what are the criteria for picking up the voice information from a device into the UCC data?

    It used heuristics on the controller firewall. You would have to tunnel the phones to the controller.

    The phone is wireless and is connected to an AP on a controller.

    Are you seeing the data in the controller's UCC dashboard?
