Wireless Access

I have 2 720 controlers that were installed by a certified vendor 1 year ago, and when i look at the configs in a program like Beyond Compare they do not match.  it is not just ip info it is stuff like ip access list, ip session info ect  my question is should they not be the same and how do i make them the same.    

Are they master-local or master-master?

Master local

If you run show switches on the master, what do you see for the status of the local?

ignore the down state the second controler is disconected from the network for now.  i will have it back online mometarily. 

Once it comes back online, run the command again and see if the update is
successful.

What version is each controller at and what is the licensing installed on each? Is centralized licensing configured? For each controller run:

your local needs an update.
Try doing a 'write memory' on the master and run 'show switches' again to see if the update is successful. The write memory will push down configuration from the master to the local

Make sure your Master configuration is correct though before doing the write memory

the controllers are master-local
