    Posted Feb 17, 2016 06:33 AM

    hi,

I use AP-225.  I wanted to convert to standalone mode.  So, I followed the link below:

    http://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/Controller-less-WLANs/How-do-I-convert-an-IAP-to-standalone-using-the-CLI/ta-p/180934

Even after giving the following commands

    apboot> setenv standalone_mode 1
    apboot> save

    apboot>load

That seems to be a Campus AP-225 and not an IAP.  It will only work with a controller and cannot be converted to standalone mode.
