    Hi,

    Do you know about Aruba's cosmetic policy for all devices?

     

    We orderd and got the new device (AP), but the device's paint is peeling off.
    Can we allow DOA?

     

    That paint peeling is back on AP.
    That size is 2x2mm.

     

    Please let me know about Aruba's policy of cosmetic, if you know.
    Ex: Allow to DOA if that is over 2mm, but NOT Allow if that is under 2mm.
