forgot enable password

    Dear Airheads Experts!

     

    I forgot my enable password. I know I can reset it via console. But can I do it via webui with controller wizard, if I know the local admin password? And If I can, is it a good idea in production and is it a reuseable wizard)?

    Nope, console only I'm afraid.

    So I can't reuse the controller wizard for this? Because in the beginning I can set up the enable password via controller wizard.

    Hi All,

     

    I tested it in my lab and it worked via webui with controller wizard.

    So I successfully change the enable password without console connection. It could be useful in some cases, if you know the admin password but you don't know the enable password and the controller is in the datacenter.

     

    Is there any objection about this solution?
