Are you looking to just do a bridge? If so you might want to look into the MST200.

I will give it a shoot and see what will happen but have you tried it before I have tried 1.5 km worked well like 117mb data rate but 3 km will be chalange

MST200 at HT40 should give you the attached plots (with clear LoS, no fresnel zone issues, etc). Follow the red line for HT40. If you need HT20, drop those rates by approx 50% (roughly). At 3km you should be around 70-80Mbps HT40, or around 35-40Mbps HT20.HT40 rate v range

One more thing now ANT 5614 is 60 degreee I belive 5314 will be more focused which may give better link quality

They are effectively the same (MST200 is 14dBi with 55deg horizontal and 13deg vertical; 5614 is 14dBi 60deg horizontal with 14deg vertical).

    The 5314 is also a 14dBi antenna, but is 30deg x 30deg, the 4614 is a 14dBi antenna and is 60deg x 15deg.

yup, the pros for a PtP with the ANT-2x2-5314, it has uniform Vertical and Horizontal spread so easier to aim. Also the 5314 has a much more flexible and robust antenna mounting kit.
