    hii guyzz..........

    I have controller 7210 with AOS 6.2.1.1,

I have two hidden SSIDs one with  802.1x authentication and one with wpa2-psk.

On android devices i am facing a issue, even after manually configuring the ssid device says "not in range" for both SSID,

sometimes it conects but most of the time just says "not in range".

    I have checked with android 2.3.5, 4.0.2, 4.1.1.

With rukus AP with same configuration it works well, i checked that.

    pls commnt............................

Is this only happening to the android devices ?

Is the android able to connect with same SSID while being broadcast ?

Do you have the local probe threshold set to a certain value?

    Are you using RFProtect?

Do you have AirWave? Check to see if those devices are being reported as a DoS attack.

Also, if you have a device to test with, try the following:

    In the dialer type: *#0011#
Choose the Wi-Fi option in the service menu.
Turn the Wi-Fi power saving option to off.

See if you are able to connect.
