iOS 8.4

I have a student that upgraded to iOS 8.4 over the weekend.  When trying to onboard her iPhone, the root cert seems to go on fine, but the client cert complains that her phone is not activated and will not create the profile.  She is able to make phone calls and such so the phone is obviously activated.

I'm attaching a screenshot.  Any thoughts would be helpful as I'm sure many of our students will soon be doing the upgrade.

Is the device activated through the carrier/Apple?

She did call the Apple store and they said that it was.  I've advised her to call Sprint just for good measure.
