memory upgrade for A800 Controller

    Hi,

    I've just tried to upgrade the firmware on my A800 controller to the latest release (A800_5.0.4.13_40042) and it fails because of "insufficient memory" and tells me that I need a min of 45Meg. I've cleared out any log files and backup configs but it still complaines.

     

    What memeory is it complaining about .. flash storage or RAM? 

     

    If RAM can you upgrade these beasts?

    Does the failure occur when you are FTP'ing the firmware file to the controller ?

     

    Or is the failure after the file transfer?

    Got file on local hard disk and am uploading file directly instead of tftp  or ftp via browser.
