I have a customer who is facing an issue with some guest clients, laptops to be precise - phones are working OK. Once signed-up the laptops gets a DNS error, the page at https://<FQDN>/cgi-bin/login "can't be found because the DNS lookup failed".

This is on an IAP cluster, not sure of the windows version or browser used but I can find out if it helps.

Can any FQDN be resolved once the client connects? If not, check the DNS servers to veirfy they are reachable and responsive. May need to update the role that is assigned to the authenticated user.
