"Slow Network"

    I'm getting complaint from a customer of slow network on their wireless.  They are supposed to connect via car in a parking lot, but they have to drive around before they get connected.  I think they must be driving to another access point.  I looked at the access point they are trying to connect to, on the controller.  It's Aruba 6000 version 6.4.4.8. The AP is 135.  I looked at the dashboard and it says the air quality is poor. The noise floor is too high -82dbm.  Any suggestions on what I can do?
