win 8.1 802.1x error ??

    Hi, have users using 802.1x auth to CPPM server, all ok apart from tablets running win 8.1 where they get ''user profile service failed sign in. Cannot load user profile'' error after the ctr/alt/del screen.

     

    This is using machine auth ??

     

    any ideas ??

    You need to check in the device profile if it is set to do Computer auth and User auth which is the default method .

    Also in ClearPass access tracker you could see the reject using the following format : host/<machine name>.yourdomain .
