AP Device Named with "Quotation Marks"

    We have found 2 AP-315's that are named, on our 7210,, but they were named with Quotation Marks.

    I am not able to 'provision" these devices on the 7200 Controller.
    (Wireless > AP Installation > Provisioning )
    because when I click provision,, I am taken to a blank page.

    On the same controller,, but under monitoring (Controller > Access Points)  the exact same device has a name but there are no quotation marks around the name. However,, I have noticed that I get minimal "Status" & "Profile" information on this AP.

    What can i do to fix up these 2 AP's that are reporting minimal info ?
    Have they been provisioned ?
    How can I delete them & start over ?

    What caused the quotation marks.

    You can try to reprovision them manually.
