Are there any known issues/bug fixes  with iphone users (iphone4 and up) constantly dropping   wpa/authenticated connection

this is on a 3200 controller ver 3.4.3.2   with  AP 125s

--just iphones.  other smartphones/brands are fine.  laptops/desktops are fine.

--problem occurs when moving and when stationary.

--iphone users need to reset their wifi settings to get back to wifi/wpa/authenticated

--just in this bldg.  iphones are fine when out to other bldgs, sites.

--iphones drop wpa/wifi connection and goes to 4G

--i do have an Aruba TAC case open.

--could not find anything in KB

    thanks so much

Not sure if this enabled under that version but do you have band steering enabled or spectrum load balancing ?

And under the 802.1x aaa profile do you have enabled PMKID Caching?

    Hi Victor,

After monitoring for over 2 weeks,  it appears the  problem has been fixed.

Resolution:  Aruba TAC  disabled OKC  and  enabled PMK

So, kudos to you Victor for your comment on PMK

I am thinking we might be able to apply this on all the  other  bldg  controllers across the University.

    Thanks all!

3.4.3.2 came out almost 3 years ago.  As devices get added, Aruba patches the code to improve interoperability.  You are doing the right thing working with TAC.
