Thought you might like this....
When on a remote session with a customer try not to mistype commands. This is especially important when checking that the time and date is correct as I found out yesterday.
(A3200) #show clock
That's the command. Do not under any circumstances attempt to run this command without the "l" in clock as this will likely not get you the information you were looking for.
